I spent my career in the rooms where the decisions get made.
Now I choose to sit beside the people making them.

For more than two decades, I’ve led businesses, teams and transformation at Walmart, Apple and Nike, across markets and cultures.
The roles changed. The scale changed. The countries changed. But the work kept coming back to the same thing: consequential decisions without perfect answers.
And I learned something along the way.
The more responsibility you carry, the fewer people there are who can really help you think through it.
Not because they have the answer.
Because they understand the weight of the question.
That’s the space I wanted to create.
Again Advisory is the work I wanted when I was sitting in those roles: someone experienced enough to understand the context, independent enough to challenge my thinking, and trusted enough to have the conversations that didn’t belong anywhere else.
The work may start with the leader, but it rarely stops there. Sometimes it’s your own leadership. Sometimes it’s the team, the organization, the strategy or the next move.
We start with what matters now.
Again has meant something to me for a long time.
Growing up, “again” was a word I heard constantly. From my mother. From my coaches. Learning. Practicing. Studying. Training.
Again.
Again.
Good. Again.
At the time, it could feel relentless. Looking back, I understand what it gave me: focus, discipline, and the belief that getting better rarely happens all at once. It happens through the willingness to return to something, see it differently, and try again.
I think leadership, and life, ask the same of us.
Roles change. Teams change. Organizations change. We change. What worked before doesn’t always work next.
Again isn’t about starting over.
It’s about what becomes possible when you’re willing to begin again.
